  System Design and Engineering

Audio Visual Specialists uses state-of-the-art computer applications to assist us in the design of your system(s). We use AutoCad and Ease Jr. Version 4.1. These applications allow us to exchange files with architects and contractors, and also allows us to create 3 dimensional room / building models.

For New Construction we work directly with the drawings provided by your architect to create a 3D model of your project. With this model, we are able to analyze and predict the acoustical characteristics of your architect's design.

We factor in all of the wall, ceiling and flooring surface area materials as they are defined by your architect. This means that we can analyze and predict how a sound system design is going to perform before you even break ground. This also means that we can make recommendations to shape the acoustical performance of your project before you break ground, which can save you money and time in the long run.

For Existing Buildings we visit your facility and make a detailed analysis. Once this data is collected, we create a 3D model of your facility.

No matter what specific acoustical problems your building may have, there is only one prudent method for finding the best solution:

Hire a professional sound system contractor that can accurately measure the acoustical characteristics of the room. If the project involves new construction, there are software tools that can be used to predict the reverberant characteristics of a proposed facility.

We Use EaseŽ Software for our Audio System Design and Room Analysis
